Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is wonderfully spacious, with fantastic room features like kitchen facilities including a washer dryer. The rooms are very large with high ceilings, very spacious, and have large windows. The service is top-notch, with well-trained and very gentle staff available for all guest needs. The location is excellent, being near cafes, the old town, and the shopping area. However, the dining experience is a bit lacking but is excellent for Italian dishes.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were amazing, featuring large windows that overlooked peaceful greenery at the back. However, the price was a bit on the higher side.
The hotel is situated in a good location near the old town and shopping area. The rooms are nice and clean, albeit slightly smaller than others, offering a quiet stay. The service was engaging and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience overall.
This hotel is like the best room I could ever afford just for myself for work, having a good size and even a balcony, which was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always keen to provide solutions and even managed to help me with early check-in and late checkout seamlessly. They were also very attentive and gave me great advice on using the train system and recommended wonderful places to visit and eat at. The location is top-notch, in the city center with spacious areas reachable by lift inside the hotel, and it was just perfect. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, near the Rheine River, where the Christmas markets are located, creating a lively center. As for the dining experience, it was somewhat underwhelming with very limited food options. The hotel has some home-made organic products. The facilities were impressive, offering various services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, a welcome drink, and pet amenities. However, the price may deter some budget-conscious travelers who find it a waste of money for a short stay due to limited dining options and experiencing disturbances preventing a good night's sleep.
The hotel's location is exceptional, offering a free upgrade in the heart of Dusseldorf's Old Town. The rooms were larger than expected with all the necessary amenities, though the service could be friendlier. The dining experience has room for improvement, but the setting is lovely. Overall, a great value for the location and facilities.
